Code of Conduct
STN EXPO is committed to providing a professional, respectful, and safe environment for all attendees, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, and staff.
By participating in this event, you agree to the following standards:
Professional Behavior
All participants must:
- Treat others with respect and professionalism
- Use appropriate language and conduct
- Wear event credentials at all times
- Follow venue rules, safety guidelines, and staff instructions
- Consume alcohol responsibly at networking events
Unacceptable Conduct
The following will not be tolerated:
- Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind
- Offensive comments, unwelcome advances, or unwanted physical contact
- Disruptive behavior during sessions or events
- Excessive intoxication or unsafe conduct
- Damage to venue or exhibitor property
- Misrepresentation of company affiliation
STN retains sole discretion in determining violations.
Trade Show Floor Standards
The Exhibit Hall is a professional business environment.
- Promotional activity must remain within your assigned booth space
- Unauthorized solicitation (“suitcasing”) is prohibited
- Distribution of materials outside your booth requires STN approval
- Recording or photographing exhibitor booths, pricing, demos, or private meetings without consent is prohibited
- Attendee badge scanning must be voluntary and with consent
Media & Photography
STN EXPO is a media event. Photography, video recording, and interviews may occur in public areas for editorial and promotional use.
- By attending, you acknowledge you may appear in event media.
- Recording private meetings or closed-door sessions without consent is prohibited.
- If you prefer limited exposure, please notify Registration.
Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- AI tools may be used to assist with event operations, content summaries, analytics, and media coverage.
- The use of AI to misrepresent individuals, companies, speakers, or event discussions, including altered or fabricated content, is strictly prohibited.
Ride & Drive / Demonstrations
- Participants in vehicle demos or equipment testing must follow all safety instructions and complete required waivers.

If you experience or witness conduct that violates this Code, please notify:
- An STN staff member
- The Registration Desk
Enforcement
STN EXPO reserves the right to remove any individual from the event without refund and restrict participation in future events.
