How will transportation\u00a0directors be selected?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Conference attendees will register\u00a0like normal, identifying their\u00a0interest in participating at the\u00a0TD Summit. Then the STN team\u00a0will carefully vet all applicants to\u00a0validate their credentials, since we\u00a0have a 100 person maximum limit.<\/p>\n

When will our two reps talk to\u00a0the transportation directors?<\/strong><\/p>\n

During the event, your reps will\u00a0be engaged at the ice breaker\u00a0and also during the problem\u00a0solving-portion of each speaker\u00a0discussion and interaction. It will\u00a0take place within the mini-groups,\u00a0with the networking breaks also\u00a0providing interactions.<\/p>\n

What is going to keep the\u00a0directors there?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The content, speakers and peer\u00a0discussions. It\u2019s more about a\u00a0team problem solving experience\u00a0with focused meaningful content.\u00a0Additionally, food and beverage\u00a0will be provided during the breaks\u00a0and cocktail hour.<\/p>\n

Are our reps required to\u00a0attend all of the sessions?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes, they are an important part of\u00a0the discussion, problem solving\u00a0and networking.<\/p>\n

How do reps interact with\u00a0the transportation directors\u00a0during these sessions?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Discussions will take place within\u00a0small mini-groups of three to four\u00a0transportation directors and one\u00a0assigned vendor partner. Each\u00a0group of transportation directors\u00a0rotates after each speaker\u00a0from table to table, providing\u00a0guaranteed time together.
